After graduation I moved to New York, where in addition to painting, I gained professional recognition designing magazines for Hearst Publishing and publications for North Shore Cornell University Hospital. Encaustic, a technique in which I am self-taught, has been my medium of choice for nearly ten years. My paintings have been shown at the New Britain (CT) Museum of American Art, the Studios of Key West and L’Attitude Gallery, Boston. I am a Member of the Encaustic Art Institute.
